You will arrive at the venue hotel at 08.00 on the Saturday or Sunday and be greeted by our fitness Coaches.
You will meet other like-minded people that have an interest in fitness and well-being.
You will be guided and supported through a challenging, fun and informative busy programme throughout the Day. Each day will finish around 1700.
The highly varied itinerary has been carefully constructed to ensure that you experience many types of fitness & well-being.
Your lunch, snacks and refreshments are all included in our day package.
